Chris was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 2004 following in-house legal work for an IT company. He has experience in commercial transactions and negotiations, with a particular interest in emerging technologies, intellectual property and copyright.
Chris has assisted in commercial legal matters in relation to:
- commercial leasing;
- shareholders agreements;
- confidentiality agreements;
- teaming agreements;
- consultant services agreements;
- option deeds;
- commercial negotiations; and
- a variety of business contracts.

| Chris also holds a degree in Communications, having studied media and film production. He has a strong understanding of the legal issues within the entertainment and communications industries and leads the Clark McNamara Entertainment and Communications Practice Group. |
