Jang was admitted as a solicitor in April 2005 following 3 years experience in the legal industry.
Jang worked while studying law both as a law clerk at an international taxation practice as well as a student assistant at the University of Adelaide Law Library.
After completing the final semester of his law degree abroad at the University of Oregon, Jang backpacked around North America, Europe and Asia before returning to Australia to complete his practical legal training. While completing his practical legal training Jang worked as a law clerk at a large city firm. |
| Having been admitted as a solicitor, Jang worked as a litigator in various insurance and debt recovery matters. He has made appearances in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales. |
Since joining Clark McNamara Lawyers, Jang has acted in an array of commercial and property transactions including:
- Applications to ASIC for relief from takeovers legislation
- Amalgamations
- Employment agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Purchase and subdivision of large scale land
- Strata management agreements
